Comfortable Family Room

Project Overview:

We opted for a cozy sectional in a dark gray textured performance fabric, adorned with contrasting comfy throw pillows. The wonderful coffee table is finished in a warm taupe and gray wood top, enhanced by this interesting metal base of wrought iron and gold accents.

The accent chair is adorned in a two tone fabric selection of the same textured gray performance fabric as the sectional. For the outer sides and back Kathleen selected this whimsical black and taupe harlequin patterned fabric which adds interest and contrast to the otherwise monochromatic interior elements.

The oversized ottomans are covered in a velvet striped fabric complementing the sectional and chair, using a bit more of our resilient performance fabric on the lower half. They are strategically placed for ease-of-use and adding ample storage for the grandchildren’s video games and toys, while keeping clutter to a minimum!

We found a complimentary drapery fabric in a print that mimics a diamond and floral design in the same tones used throughout the family room to complete the overall look of the space. Lastly some wonderful artwork was chosen to incorporate and continue the color palette used throughout the space marrying both kitchen and family room.
